Request an exchange
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, or have a compatibility concern, contact Gogear Motors with your order reference, product code and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging can help the shop review your request.
Before sending an item back
Keep the product, accessories and original packaging while your request is being reviewed. Please contact the shop before returning a parcel or installing a part you believe is incorrect.
Exchange terms
